Deze gebruiksvoorwaarden zijn van toepassing op het gebruik van de app Test&Drive, een theorie-examentraining voor het rijbewijsexamen. Door de app te downloaden en te gebruiken ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden.
Test&Drive wordt ontwikkeld en beheerd door LENS Media BV, KvK-nummer 08198084, Energiestraat 5, 8051TE Hattem. Vragen over deze voorwaarden kun je stellen via support@lensmedia.nl.
Test&Drive biedt oefenvragen voor het theorie-examen, met een algoritme dat zich aanpast aan waar je zwak in bent. De app werkt zonder gebruikersaccount; je voortgang (score, streak, favoriete vragen, gemaakte fouten en instellingen) blijft uitsluitend lokaal op je eigen toestel staan.
De app is een oefenhulpmiddel. We doen ons best om de inhoud correct en actueel te houden, maar geven geen garantie dat het gebruik van de app leidt tot het slagen voor het theorie-examen.
De app is gratis te gebruiken met een dagelijkse limiet aan het aantal vragen. Voor onbeperkt oefenen zijn er twee opties:
Een abonnement beheer of zeg je op via de instellingen van je Apple ID respectievelijk je Google Play-account — niet via de app zelf. Bij een opzegging blijft het abonnement actief tot het einde van de lopende periode. Er geldt geen recht op restitutie van reeds betaalde, verstreken periodes, behalve waar de wet dat verplicht of het beleid van Apple/Google dat toestaat.
Je gaat ermee akkoord de app niet te gebruiken om:
Alle rechten op de examenvragen, uitleg, afbeeldingen, video's en audio in de app berusten bij LENS Media BV of haar licentiegevers. Met een geldig abonnement of tijdens gratis gebruik krijg je een persoonlijk, niet-overdraagbaar gebruiksrecht om de content binnen de app te bekijken — geen eigendomsrecht.
We kunnen je toegang tot de app opschorten of beëindigen bij misbruik of een schending van deze voorwaarden. Je kunt het gebruik van de app op elk moment zelf stoppen door de app te verwijderen; een lopend abonnement moet je apart opzeggen via Apple/Google (zie hierboven).
De app wordt aangeboden "as is". Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan aanvaarden wij geen aansprakelijkheid voor schade die voortvloeit uit het gebruik van de app, waaronder een niet-geslaagd theorie-examen, tenzij sprake is van opzet of grove nalatigheid onzerzijds.
We kunnen deze gebruiksvoorwaarden van tijd tot tijd bijwerken, bijvoorbeeld bij nieuwe functionaliteit. De datum bovenaan deze pagina geeft aan wanneer de voorwaarden voor het laatst zijn aangepast. Bij een wezenlijke wijziging proberen we dit ook in de app zelf te vermelden.
Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden zo mogelijk in onderling overleg opgelost; lukt dat niet, dan is de rechtbank Overijssel, locatie Zwolle, bij uitsluiting bevoegd.
Test&Drive is een oefenapp van LENS Media BV, niet verbonden aan of goedgekeurd door een overheidsorganisatie.

These terms of use apply to your use of the Test&Drive app, a theory exam practice app for the driving licence theory exam. By downloading and using the app you agree to these terms.
Test&Drive is developed and operated by LENS Media BV, Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 08198084, Energiestraat 5, 8051TE Hattem, the Netherlands. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@lensmedia.nl.
Test&Drive offers practice questions for the driving licence theory exam, with an algorithm that adapts to the topics you are weakest in. The app works without a user account; your progress (score, streak, saved questions, mistakes and settings) stays on your own device only.
The app is a practice aid. We do our best to keep the content correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee that using the app will result in passing the theory exam.
The app is free to use, with a daily limit on the number of questions. For unlimited practice there are two options:
You manage or cancel a subscription through the settings of your Apple ID or your Google Play account respectively — not through the app itself. After cancellation the subscription remains active until the end of the current period. There is no right to a refund of periods already paid for and elapsed, except where the law requires it or Apple's/Google's policy allows it.
You agree not to use the app to:
All rights to the exam questions, explanations, images, videos and audio in the app belong to LENS Media BV or its licensors. With a valid subscription, or during free use, you receive a personal, non-transferable right to view the content within the app — not a right of ownership.
We may suspend or end your access to the app in the event of misuse or a breach of these terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it; an active subscription must be cancelled separately through Apple/Google (see above).
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for damage arising from the use of the app, including failing a theory exam, unless caused by our intent or gross negligence.
We may update these terms of use from time to time, for example when new features are added. The date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last amended. In the event of a material change we will also try to mention it in the app itself.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be resolved by mutual agreement where possible; failing that, the District Court of Overijssel, sitting in Zwolle, the Netherlands, has exclusive jurisdiction.
Test&Drive is a practice app by LENS Media BV, not affiliated with or approved by any government organisation.
