Privacyverklaring — Test&Drive

Deze privacyverklaring beschrijft welke gegevens de app Test&Drive (een theorie-examentraining voor het rijbewijsexamen) verzamelt, waarom, en hoe daarmee wordt omgegaan.

Wie zijn wij

Test&Drive wordt ontwikkeld en beheerd door LENS Media BV, 08198084, Energiestraat 5, 8051TE Hattem. Vragen over deze privacyverklaring of je gegevens kun je stellen via support@lensmedia.nl.

Welke gegevens verzamelen we

De app werkt zonder gebruikersaccount — er is geen inlogsysteem en geen persoonlijk profiel. We verzamelen alleen het volgende:

Feedback die je zelf verstuurt. Als je het feedbackformulier in de app gebruikt, versturen we je (optionele) e-mailadres, je bericht, en context over de vraag waarbij je feedback gaf (bijv. welk antwoord je had gegeven). Dit wordt alleen verstuurd als je zelf actief feedback geeft.
Gebruiksstatistieken per beantwoorde vraag. Om de kwaliteit van de vragen te kunnen beoordelen, sturen we bij elke beantwoorde vraag een klein bericht: welke vraag het was, of je antwoord goed/fout was, of je de vraag had gemarkeerd als favoriet, en welk antwoord je gaf.
Aankoopverificatie (bij een Premium-abonnement). Bij het afsluiten of herstellen van een abonnement wordt het aankoopbewijs dat Apple of Google aan de app geeft, naar onze server gestuurd om te verifiëren of het abonnement geldig is. We bewaren hiervan alleen een niet-herleidbare controlewaarde (hash), nooit het originele aankoopbewijs zelf.

Al je overige gegevens — je score, voortgang, streak, favoriete vragen, gemaakte fouten en instellingen — blijven uitsluitend lokaal op je eigen toestel staan en worden nooit naar een server verstuurd.

Wat we niet doen

Geen advertenties en geen advertentie-SDK's — de app toont geen reclame en gebruikt geen advertentie-ID.
Geen tracking voor marketingdoeleinden.
Geen verkoop of verhuur van gegevens aan derden.
Geen gebruikersaccounts, dus geen persoonlijk profiel dat we kunnen opbouwen.

Hoe worden gegevens beveiligd

Al het dataverkeer tussen de app en onze servers verloopt via een beveiligde verbinding (HTTPS/TLS). De examencontent van de app zelf (vragen, afbeeldingen, video's, audio) is bovendien end-to-end versleuteld (AES-256) en wordt alleen tijdelijk in het geheugen van je toestel ontsleuteld, nooit onversleuteld opgeslagen.

Zoals bij elke internetverbinding gebruikelijk is, komt je IP-adres kort voor in de technische serverlogs van onze hostingpartij op het moment dat de app contact maakt met onze servers — dit wordt niet gebruikt om je te identificeren en niet gekoppeld aan de gegevens hierboven.

Met wie delen we gegevens

We delen gegevens alleen waar dat noodzakelijk is voor de werking van de app:

Apple/Google — bij het verifiëren van een Premium-abonnement wordt het aankoopbewijs voorgelegd aan Apple's App Store Server API of Google's Play Developer API, om te bevestigen dat het abonnement geldig is.

Verder delen we geen gegevens met derden.

Bewaartermijn

Feedback wordt bewaard zolang nodig is om de melding te kunnen opvolgen; gebruiksstatistieken worden geanonimiseerd.

Jouw rechten

Onder de AVG (GDPR) heb je het recht om je gegevens in te zien, te laten corrigeren of te laten verwijderen, en om bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking ervan. Voor een specifiek verzoek (bijvoorbeeld over een feedbackbericht met je e-mailadres) kun je contact opnemen via support@lensmedia.nl. Je hebt ook het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Wijzigingen in deze verklaring

We kunnen deze privacyverklaring van tijd tot tijd bijwerken, bijvoorbeeld wanneer er nieuwe functionaliteit (zoals advertenties) wordt toegevoegd. De datum bovenaan deze pagina geeft aan wanneer de verklaring voor het laatst is aangepast.

Test&Drive is een oefenapp van LENS Media BV, niet verbonden aan of goedgekeurd door een overheidsorganisatie.

This privacy policy describes which data the Test&Drive app (a theory exam practice app for the driving licence exam) collects, why, and how it is handled.

Who we are

Test&Drive is developed and operated by LENS Media BV, 08198084, Energiestraat 5, 8051TE Hattem, the Netherlands. Questions about this privacy policy or your data can be sent to support@lensmedia.nl.

Which data do we collect

The app works without a user account — there is no login and no personal profile. We collect only the following:

Feedback you send yourself. If you use the feedback form in the app, we send your (optional) email address, your message, and context about the question you gave feedback on (for example which answer you had given). This is only sent when you actively give feedback.
Usage statistics per answered question. To assess the quality of the questions, we send a small message for each answered question: which question it was, whether your answer was right or wrong, whether you had saved the question, and which answer you gave.
Purchase verification (with a Premium subscription). When you take out or restore a subscription, the purchase receipt that Apple or Google gives the app is sent to our server to verify whether the subscription is valid. Of this we store only a non-reversible check value (a hash), never the original receipt itself.

All your other data — your score, progress, streak, saved questions, mistakes and settings — stays on your own device only and is never sent to a server.

What we do not do

No advertising and no advertising SDKs — the app shows no ads and uses no advertising ID.
No tracking for marketing purposes.
No sale or rental of data to third parties.
No user accounts, so no personal profile we could build up.

How is data protected

All traffic between the app and our servers runs over a secure connection (HTTPS/TLS). The exam content of the app itself (questions, images, videos, audio) is moreover end-to-end encrypted (AES-256) and is decrypted only temporarily in your device's memory, never stored unencrypted.

As is usual with any internet connection, your IP address appears briefly in the technical server logs of our hosting provider at the moment the app contacts our servers — this is not used to identify you and is not linked to the data above.

Who do we share data with

We share data only where this is necessary for the app to work:

Apple/Google — when verifying a Premium subscription, the purchase receipt is presented to Apple's App Store Server API or Google's Play Developer API, to confirm that the subscription is valid.

We do not share data with any other third parties.

Retention

Feedback is kept for as long as needed to follow up on the report; usage statistics are anonymised.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. For a specific request (for example about a feedback message containing your email address) you can get in touch via support@lensmedia.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example when new functionality (such as advertising) is added. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last amended.
